So I'm driving home from Vancouver, and I'm just getting back on I-5 after the Mt Vernon detour (see YouTube I posted earlier in this thread), I'm on the onramp, and no one could possibly be coming from behind me to merge with, seeing as the freeway behind me was closed to traffic.

EXCEPT for the idiot wanker dildo fuckwad in a pickup behind me. He just accelerated as if I wasn't even there and damn near forced me off the road, and then flipped me off in a way that let me know that he couldn't have given less of a rubbery FUCK if I crashed and burned and died. He wanted to get home three fecking seconds sooner. :finger:

And no, I'm not a slow driver, if anything I'm a bit of a leadfoot. Deej will vouch for this.

So an old friend left a note on my door yesterday telling me to call him. I haven't heard from him in two years and we weren't really speaking much for a few years before that. Basically he went to college and I stayed in my mother's basement (she doesn't have a basement but you get the idea) and we just slowly drifted apart. I've known him ever since kindergarten and we were pretty much inseparable before he went off. It's weird hearing from him (so to speak) after so long.

Definitely call him!

I'm gonna, but I'm kind of anxious about it too. I mean, last time I heard he was about to go to medical school and I've been unemployed for the past three years. He's one of those people who tends to give unasked for advice and I'm one of those people who tends to listen to it while wishing I could crawl into a hole and die. I know I'm probably gonna end up feeling like a loser around him, but he's been like family for most of my life so I can't just cut ties with him when he's reaching out to me.

Going to Dorsia tonight then going to check on how Paul Allen is.....progressing. Then I might feed an ATM a stray cat.
