Well he's entitled to his opinion but I know of a million places in NYC that are just as bad as the worst of NJ but I don't put down the entire city.

That's the difference b/w you and I, I call a spade a spade & jersey is a **** hole that I'll advice you to crawl out from.

@vanilla, lol I would tell you to do the same, but let's be honest I'm sure your day was already planned around that, so I'll save the redundancy.

Fixed

So? He obviously likes it there, no need to mock someone for living in a place you consider a shithole. I have been to Atlantic City and along the shore and was sad to hear that most of the boardwalk was destroyed by Sandy.

I hear bad things about Toronto constantly from other people who are from other cities in Canada, but it's not a bad place. I love this city. There are a few slummy intersections and neighbourhoods where the gangs hang out but isn't every city like that?

Even if you all read it like that, that's your bias reading into what I said, and again that is your issue not mine
I got that the first time so I'm not sure why you keep saying this.

I was responding to his over reaction of my opinion about his state, I was not mocking him, I made a reference to the state he lives in, but why he's taking it so personal that he's raging is comical.

His state is ****ty & he can waste his time defending and attempting to compare it to mine, but my opinion won't change. Jersey is the appendix of this country, you know it's there, what for, you're not exactly sure, but it is certain that the body/this country can survive w/o it, the same can't be said for NY.

Very well said Mr. Napkin.

There's actually a lot of New Jersey that's really nice. Too many people buy into the dumb stereotypes and assume that the crappy parts near NYC are representative of the entire state.

When my grandparents died they left my brother and I some property and the tax we had to pay on the inheritance was hefty so we decided to get rid of a few of the properties. We didn't even have to think about it, there was no debate we automatically knew we should dump the properties in Jersey ASAP.

And no offense to the people who suffered from that storm Sandy, but thank god we dumped those properties b/c one of them was on the shore and I'm sure it was wrecked. The point is, I've seen the best of Jersey and I'll take the worst of NY any day over the horror that is NJ.
