It's like valium but a different pill, I can't remember the name and I'm out in town and posting on my phone. But its meant to help for pain and I guess sedation is one of the side effects lol.

For the first time I actually decided to go to a bar by myself. It's a very surreal experience... I didn't expect to run into anyone I knew but it keeps happening. Even just sitting here listening to music is not nearly as awkward as I expected. I guess when my main group is being lame I could do this again.

I'm not sure how confident I'd feel about that, going out by myself. But good on you for doing it!

My car was struck by an eagle today. It's the first animal I've ever hit. He flew out of the ditch into my windshield.

I think we were both lucky, because he didn't leave a mark on the car, and after about 20 seconds of standing in the road, he up and ****ed off in the sky. I sure hope he's okay, I didn't get close enough to see him, but I bonked him pretty hard. If he's okay, he's going to be one sore dumbass bird tomorrow.

Holy shit! That's actually pretty miraculous for the eagle and the car. It makes me happy. Birds of prey are some of my favorite animals. I also like car windshields.

I've seen an owl go through a windshield and it ended far worse for everybody.

I had a similar experience - I was on the highway a couple of weeks ago when a seagull slammed into my windshield. The seagull flew away, looked uninjured, but now there is a huge ass crack across the windshield.

I think he hit high enough on it that he just glanced off and had to sit in the road and go "what the **** was that" for a minute, I hope.

Definitely scared the piss out of both of us though.

Awesome!

Yep, for work.
The fun of it is that I'm the one approving the purchases, then making them. No one in the company can make a purchase without me vetting it, and then the only person I send it up to is the CEO himself for a final signature, but he doesn't even look at the items, just the cost.

What's weird is that's not even my job description. It was just sorta handed to me. I'm a computer/network guy. Thus is the weirdness of SMBs.
