Today. i was awoken at 6 buy a rolling road crew . I went back to sleep, and woke at two, I had my dad order Yes Tales from topographic oceans, and Then my friend Sierra came over. I then had a bike ride, in the sweltering heat. Then I prepared myself a Veggie Burger.

I woke to the unwanted sound of my alarm clock at 7am, so I could get ready and drive out to my lecture at 9am. The lecture numbed me and my mate, so we decided to kill an hour playing squash, totally wasted by the end of it, and so came home.

It's pretty cold here. Right-track I'll trade my Manchester weather for your 33degrees

hot, sweaty, and wet.

I had a doctor's appointment today.
She told me to stop eating so much salty foods, eat less in general, cut down on the sweets, not to wake up in the middle of the night for junk food, to drink more water and less gatorade. Oh and she said to let me my monthly intake of boca burgers. She also told me to either stop drinking coffee or stop putting so much sugar in it. I'll cut down one evrything else, but on this I will not compromise.
So I've taken to eaten more fruits and veggies as opposed to meat and veggies. I don't mind it so far, but this no butter butters or starbursts thing is driving me crazy. My boyfriend made funny of me earlier and bought two packs of nutter butters and ate them in front of me.

Work was ok. I'm less irritable I find. I don't feel like I'm surviving so much on adrenaline and anger. But I still have probs sleeping.

And as for the basic physical exam:
I lost 2.3 pounds, my bp was kinda higher than it should be, my hearing is "exceptional", it is preferred that I wear glasses less at night and more in the daytime, and despite what I eat, my cholesterol is fine

woke up, threw on clothes, ate, gathered up my **** and walked over to the hitch point to get up the mountain. waited there for about half an hour (VERY UNUSUAL) before a nice guy picked me and 3 others up. skied with a bunch fo friends, ****ed around, had a good day, then went to the pub directly after for beer, random deep fried goodies, and pool. came home, fell asleep on the couch, had an ice cold shower (6 people, 1 shower, you do the math), and then went out to the internet cafe to catch up with friends and family.

the end.

Yesterday I ran around all of Michigan trying to help a friend register and insure her car. Then my best friend moved back in with her grandma(she's been living in N.C. for the past month) and we had a party for her and went out to smoke some hookah at No. VI the local hookah bar. But my exboyfriend was there and I realized how much I still love him and would do just about anything for him. Emotional. Then we all went out to eat and I got a chocolate malt and it was delicious. And I was home by midnight and fell asleep because I am still really sick. And later I get to drive around some more.
