Yesterday a friend of mine got married, so the GF and I decided to invite them over for a steak dinner. Holy crap, was it good. Peppercorn seasoned filet mignons cooked on the George Foreman with butter for 8 minutes, then tented for about five. Juicy melt in yo mouth goodness.
