I've been waiting almost 6 months for a $500 cheque from the guy who rear-ended me in the summer. Because the asshole didn't have valid insurance, my insurance had to cover all the damages and I had to pay them that money in order to renew my policy again. Now I want my money back from this douchebag. Thinking I might sue him for it because he keeps claiming he's too poor to pay me.

Honestly I just want to tell him that if he has no money at all he shouldn't be able to afford a car. He certainly can't afford insurance.
