Today, I've ventured back to MB after living a semi-nightmarish reality for the past 2 months.

These are one of those days where you curse having a salary.
Spending the rest of my day remotely re-indexing an SQL database because it's production and after-hours downtime is preferable than work-hours downtime.

I dunno why they never thought to build their databases better so it doesn't need to be re-indexed every two weeks.

Because corporate America, that's why.

They're totally SMB. They just had previous developers that didn't know what the hell they were doing.

I got a new laptop today. It's a Gateway NE56R12u 15.6-Inch Laptop. So far it works pretty well, and I can keep my whole music library on it without an external hardrive. Works pretty well for schoolwork otherwise. I don't really want to use it too much since I already have a family computer at my house that I can do work off of if needed.

Naw, it was just sound random weirdo. He was kind of a midget, and he said something like, "I have more inventions than you do" right before he attacked me, but I knew he was lying. Not that I have any inventions, but I knew he didn't either.

I'm about to go to the produce wholesale station where all of the grocery stores in Louisville get their goods to pick up several hundred dollar's worth of Amish-made jam and jelly. Gonna be rockin' some Exmilitary on the way there, I think.

Hungover journalism teacher cancelled class today and had the students supplement the lesson we'll be missing by watching any movie we want and reviewing it. Badass.
