Well, I got up early, before I had to, and meditated for around 30 minutes, to start my day in a peaceful frame of mind, that will, hopefully, last all day.

That's about it, so far. (Hey, it's only 4:30am)

had a history exam this morning which was as fun as usual, the topic was 'Appeasement: British foreign policy between the years 1918 and 1939'
.... errrrr yeh, well needless to say it was a real page turner, now planning to be a complete bum for the rest of the day and eat as much food as humanely possible, should be good. :)
