So I've been doing a little research today about what kind of bar and what they serve. Wow it's really extensive and didn't actually realise it's part of the Opera House (it should of been obvious enough though I was told that it wasn't). http://www.sydneyoperahouse.com/uploadedFiles/theatreMenu.pdf It really sounds like a brilliant and elegant menu. There's so much to learn. They even have their own made drinks (Opera Bar Beer, Brut, Chardonnay). Cocktails sound very tasty and complicated haha. I've spoken to the manager before and knows my previous boss, so I'm hoping it'll work in my favour. Especially since he was really fond of me.
