^^ I'm really sorry to hear that. My dad had a heart attack years ago and it's a horrible feeling. I hope he is ok and can get better soon.

Had to make a trip to Urgent Care today. My right side of my face is horribly swollen, and a presumably have an abscessed tooth. I look terrible.

They gave me a steroid shot, an antibiotic injection, and prescribed both to me. I have to work tomorrow, and can't miss. I'm really hoping my face is less swollen in the morning. :(

Looks like I'm going to spending my birthday tomorrow working with a gigantic puffy face and eye. I'd planned on going to dinner with my friends and having drinks, but antibiotics mean no alcohol. ****ing wonderful.

I actually do feel for you, bud. That blows hard. Of all the time in the world, it's gotta happen near your birthday.

Went to see him today. He seemed comfortable. Just waiting on confirmation that he is going for a triple bypass tomorrow.

Staying at home and nothing to do is starting to be hell. Bit upset. I've tried around 50 bars and nothing has come up. Starting to think maybe befriend some manager at a bar so I can get a better chance, but that's a horrible reason to do so.

Suppose this week I'll fix my guitar since I've got heaps of time for practise.
