Yesterday evening was the first 18th birthday party among my friends and to celebrate it I got absolutely smashed with them all. I was so far gone that I willingly danced to Kings Of Leon, something that I'll never live down.

Happy birthday dude. Stretch it as long as possible. :)

Can tell winter's on it's way now. I've got my window open still but it's starting to be noticable that it's getting colder. I'm glad I'm not in that other room with the 2 drafty windows directly across the room from each other with the bed directly in between them anymore. I wonder who is? Oh yes! It's Derek! There's no way that he'll last the winter in that room. Watch this space!! When he goes not only will i have the satisfaction of getting rid of the **** but I'll have the added satisfaction that it was my craftyness in swapping rooms that finally got rid of him. He actually asked me if a draft blew through from those windows in winter and I bull****ted him. At the time were talking about him moving into the 'bigger room' or as I secretly called it the 'colder room'. ha ha ha I wonder why he wanted to move. It was either 'cause of the noise from upstairs flat which isn't noisy but he's a very light sleeper so it might have affected him or the freezer buzzing all day and all night long. A problem I solved by not actually using it. I think it was that 'cause he asked me about it not long after we'd swapped rooms. Also the tap drips in there too! :)

Am I misunderstanding or are you hoping someone dies here?

Reasons Derek is a dick no.384-Not long after he moved in he went to town and gave some random guys he'd met £70, that's aprox $111, to get him some cocaine. Guess what happened? ha ha ha

F*cking Derek. Always getting into trouble, that guy.

So there's this thing going around on Facebook that I've seen before, but decided to participate in. It's one of those math problem pictures that challenges people to solve it. Needless to say, it gets A LOT of replies by the world's geniuses, apparently...

Ultimately, I guess it's a test of whether you know the order of operations or not, and sadly, a depressing number of people have failed. The problem breaks down to, basically, what is 6 + 1, after the multiplication and division has been solved.

But, apparently, a large percentage of grown adults and teenagers alike think you just simply work from left to right. I've never been great at math, but even I remember the order of operations from as long ago as the f*cking early '90s. It's disheartening to know that such basic information about such basic things is something I've apparently been taking for granted all these years...
It's pretty bad when you realize that you get an intelligence buff simply by the baseline sliding into such depths of ignorance.
