I have to say, the guy who's training me at work is pretty much one of the coolest people I have ever worked with. He's training me in a way that I have never been trained before. He purposely argues with me on things that I do to train my mind to get it right the next time I do it. He also jokes around with me and has conversation so that i'm not nervous or annoyed when i'm doing my work. He's always telling me that accuracy beats speed, any day. I'm noticing that as he's training me, i'm learning stuff the day of, and mastering at by the end of the day. I learned how to separate invoices based on their PO number and the terms of shipping in less than two days.

civil - mostly involving debt-collection

construction contracts, defaulting sale and purchase of property, etc
