Back running again, after being out for a month with a thigh injury which I got through over-stretching after a run. I sweated buckets as we're in a heat wave here (I ran at 5.30 and it was still sweltering) As always came back famished and tucked away part of a roast chicken

Had a pretty ****ty day, all I done was slave in my car and spent pretty much all day cleaning it, he's shining like a star though.

Haven't cleaned my car in over a month, its covered in dust, I'll be lazy and just end up taking her to the car wash.

My car is looking pretty grubby as well, yesterday at around 7:30 or so it was really dangerous when I was driving West as the sun set, made it really hard to see out my window.

My car is an inanimate, genderless object that gets me from point A to point B. It doesn't even have a name. But it IS clean
