I'm going to post about my day since I've last slept.
I woke up at 4PM on July 2, after an epic nap to pre-game for Summer Motion (Local festival **** in my area) and immediately returned a call from my bro asking if I was still going to said event. I had taken said nap because my power had only just been restored. I know, I know, there are still people in my region who won't get power until the 6th or even the 9th; but I was unable to sleep properly in the heat because I have a weird thing where I MUST have a blanket completely covering me to sleep. With 102+ degree temperatures and no means of cooling down, this was unrealistic. So I slept like a baby. Anyway, went to Walmart before the event, and one of my friends out of the five of us going had the bright idea of buying booze and pre-gaming for the concert (Bachman & Turner). I said "Heck yeah!" and bought a case of High Life and a sixer of Smirnoff (to better ice bros) and we went off. We parked under the bridge, because there is minimal police presence, it's dark, and we could drink before heading in. I walked down the street to buy smokes, and it was on like Donkey Kong. We polished off a few brewskis each, iced each other, and headed onto the show. It should bear mentioning that I was not the only person who'd purchased beer, I suppose, because we still had a lot left. We watched the concert, went nuts because they jammed out the vast majority of their set (I'm always impressed by musical competence and jamming, especially when inebriated) and managed not to get arrested in spite of the fact the seeming entirety of the police force was at the show. We walked around a while after to sober up, then headed to my buddy's to finish of the beers. We got in discussions about Reaganomics, China, the Cold War, and all of that good stuff, and my friends smoked some cannabis; I'm currently trying to get on track to pass a follicle test (107 days "sober") so I didn't partake. I got my **** in order for wrestling training, which occurs a few weeks from now; I'll be training with a former WCW talent who was the face of Jim Cornette's Smoky Mountain Wrestling, and is very talented. I've gotten my fitness to the point that I could pass military PT tests, so I feel that I'll be able to succeed in this venture. Also, I've been learning dozens of submission maneuvers from a friend who's got a second degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which could help, I imagine. I've even figured out how to lock them in so that they still look brutal but don't really hurt...but I digress. Anyway, my dad came over, and I was leaning on my elbow, and he was all, "Jesus Christ, have you been working out? You look like you could kick someone's ass!" He speaks truth; I could kick some ass. XD ANYWAY, now I'm housesitting at my mom's, because my youngest sister is in Cincy at my other sister and her husband's place, and my mom was paranoid that if she left the house empty during her overnight nursing shift, someone would loot us because of all of the power outages and what-have-you. I bought a ton of beer, and am currently chilling on the deck, drinking, chain-smoking, and using the inter-webs. And I've still not been to sleep, and don't really feel like it. So, that's been my day!

Ah yea, I forgot. I graduated college the other day. I'm still recovering from getting ****faced with my parents and family afterward. You know it's a good party when you wake up the next day and there is a tree missing from the front yard...
Anyway, now that I've had some irresponsible party events, I guess it's time to start studying for certifications. |

I guess that's how you tell it's a killer party, when someone can operate a chainsaw and nobody is the wiser. Congrats and everything for graduating, did you get an associates or certificate?
