hit on the intelligent, gorgeous, faithful "skank"

she was rather taken aback and a bit "shy"

Monday already.

Why does time at the weekend go about fifteen times faster than it does during the week?

I bumped my taxi on Saturday night and apparently said "My ****ing uncle billy will pay it" (he works for a taxi company) I can never imagine myself speaking about my uncle like this and I doubt I meant he had to pay it, that I've realised I left my bag at my mates and meant I'd get my money to him through giving it to my uncle. I'm honestly ashamed, I don't even want to show my face round at their house again. I don't really want to show my face to anyone at all. I just want to disappear in general really. It's been such a terrible few days that it would be ****ing fantastic to disappear.

Peabody passed away this morning. We brought her to the vet and when we started to drive there she started freaking out hardcore and peed on herself. I knew it wasn't going to end well. We got to the vet and as soon as the doctor put his hands on her she started heaving and having a fit. She died a few minutes later. Apparently her heart was failing and the trip to the vet just was too much. Vet said she would have died in a day anyway so at least she only had to suffer for a bit. I'm sad.

If you're a Calvin and Hobbes fan, this whole thing just mirrored when Calvin and Hobbes find the hurt baby raccoon. That one is going to mean a lot more now.

It never gets easy losing a pet, they can sometimes mean more to you then humans. You did the right thing EXO, You didn't let the animal suffer and were just looking out for the animal which is always admirable. Hope your day and week get better.

Thank you everybody. She was only part of the family for ten days, but it was a great days days. The cat was special. We buried her in the yard so now her home with us is permanent, which is what we wanted in the first place.

Really sorry about that, Exo. I didn't want to voice any hopes or anything to jinx it for Peabody. Sounds like a magnificent addition to the family, poignant and brief, unfortunately.

I started working again today, but this time it's as a part time intern rather than as seasonal (breaks from school) help around the loan office. Tired as hell right now, and I just shared my first beer with my dad (which I thought was a trick at first). So it's been a pretty good day today, I'd say.
