Such a weird day. I have issues with anxiety, but today it feels way more intense than usual.

I've got scoliosis pretty bad, plus the fact that I started on a hill of all things.

At this point, I think stretching and walking is a better alternative. That's 30 bucks on shoes i'll never get back :/

The British Isles are not mild in autumn or winter, probably not as cold as where you are in winter but they are wet, cold and windy for about 6 or 7 months of the year.
