Started my daily routine of going out jogging for 30 minutes to an hour depending on how tired my body is. I was only able to do 15 minutes today because I haven't gone running in years.
my back problems are starting to bother me, so I figured getting into some exercise that I have experience in will help. |

Running can cure back aches but it can also cause them, especially if you run on concrete! The best solution if you have the money, is to invest in an expensive latex mattress, I did this years ago and it did my back wonders.
