Started my daily routine of going out jogging for 30 minutes to an hour depending on how tired my body is. I was only able to do 15 minutes today because I haven't gone running in years.

my back problems are starting to bother me, so I figured getting into some exercise that I have experience in will help.

Be careful running first thing in the morning especially if you put in a real effort, as the heart is still effectively in rest mode until an hour or so after waking up.

Running can cure back aches but it can also cause them, especially if you run on concrete! The best solution if you have the money, is to invest in an expensive latex mattress, I did this years ago and it did my back wonders.

I've got a pretty good mattress for my back. Jogging is also helping me lose a couple pounds that i've gained while being in California. Plus, exercise in the California sun is pretty good. I'll probably just do 15 minute runs every hour or two. Keep it simple.
