Tonight I took my dead iPod to the Apple Store to see about getting it fixed. This turned out to be one of the best nights ever. Not only were about 70% of the men working there at least semi-hot and sporting full beards (drool), but the awesome bearded fella that was helping me looked up the serial number on his iPad in like 2 seconds and said "Your hard drive's probably dead. We're going to replace your iPod with a brand new one, and I have two in stock so you don't have to wait. Let me go get that for you."
You know that scene in the movies, where the person is in the middle of a field of flowers, completely at peace, spinning around laughing with their arms out and the sun shining down on them? Yeah, that was me. In the Apple Store. With flourescent lighting. |
Today I asked out 4 girls and 2 said yes and 2 said no. Im good with that! I was trying to see how different ways of doing it would pan out and it seems the most direct approach works best. At least in the situation I was in.

Its only happened to me once and sadly the date went awful but this really good looking smart girl asked me out and I was really stoked. I think more females should do the asking, its a wonderful surprise for the guy since its the last thing you expect. |

No it is not, I've point blank told a guy I liked him to his face and he shrugged his shoulders. Put off for life. If I wasn't shy enough with my feelings in the beginning I definitely am now.
edit: but I do agree, it shouldn't just be guys doing all the chasing. |
