Music Banter - Your Day

Oh I'm sorry if I made it sound like I didn't like doing nothing, haha!
I had some pretty busy days lately and needed a day off. So I chose do do nothing.
I'm never bored, really. And a female friend of mine woke me up this morning with a picture of ben & jerry's ice cream to make me jealous. So I awoke laughing ;).

Congrats on your 200th posting by the way! Very nice :D.

I was having a fine time until facebook informed me it was Cory's birthday. Cory was a friend of mine who killed himself two years ago. I still have issues with his passing...I always remember the day before he died, playing pool at the pool hall with him. I'd not seen him in over a month, and he seemed so happy.

Now my day has turned to suck and shit.

That's rough.

I've had friends that've died but it's all been stuff like drunk driving and overdoses so I didn't feel too badly about what I could have done to "save" them.

Suicide tears me up inside because it is a reflection that the community has not done enough to provide for a person's emotional needs. And nobody should feel responsible for that.

They need to get rid of FB profiles like that. I thought they did already.
