Lovesick. Found out the other day she's got a b/f. Just had to get that off my chest.

I'm in the same boat kiddo but does that even stop how you feel? Negative it doesn't.

Signed up for a three song set at open mic tomorrow. Was chilling with the host of the open mic yesterday, who now wants me to do three sets of three songs each.

I tried to argue, to no avail. He says he's heard me competently play at least two dozen songs off the top of my head, including originals.

So, now it's looking like I'm going to have a set of three songs I've worked my ass off on, and two sets of Phish, originals, and pop music played folk-style. Joy.

So am I...kind of. I'm just gonna keep chatting to her. She works in a library i go in and have been for a while. The other day she had this massive ring on and even though it wasn't on the left hand I thought it still might be a wedding ring so I contrived some reason to ask her something about returning books then just out and out asked her if she'd got married. She said no then said her b/f was 'commitment phobic'. Today I saw her for the first time since then and was wondering what vibes I'd get and she was more friendly than she'd ever been even asking me if I was alright which she's never done before!!! We actually spoke 3 times just stood in the middle of the library making, admtedlly stilted, conversation. It was ****in' brilliant!! Why would she do that when it was blatantly apparent I was asking if she was married for the obvious reason I wanted to know 'cause I was into her? If she really wasn't even begin to think she might leave him then she'd make a point of not being very nice to me wouldn't she? I'm ****in' over the moon. That bozo is so going to lose his girl.

Whoa, easy there tiger. You are connecting dots that shouldn't be connected until you get a clear response from her. You are taking her friendliness to mean more than it is because of the way you feel about her.

Me and a few friends went to this abandoned mental asylum, called Cane Hill, a couple of months ago. It has this reputation for being haunted, and is located amidst dense woodland, quite the cliché eh.

Anyway, we squeezed through the dilapidated security fencing and managed to get in... creepiest place ever. It's like the place was just abandoned with the click of a finger, hospital beds, reception desks and cells still fully in tact and seemingly ready for action - bar the mound of dust and cobwebs that now covers everything. Really, REALLY eerie. We heard a large bang down a corridor and essentially ran for our lives, arms flailing and faces contorted in expressions of blind panic haha. 'Haunted' houses are fun.

This. She's got a boyfriend. It would be far easier to stick with a current boyfriend and a relationship she is already emotionally invested in than to break it off with him and take a chance on an entirely new and unknown relationship. Unless she makes it clear, and you don't have to try to piece together possibly non-existant clues, you shouldn't get your hopes up.

Is this the Cane Hill in the South Croydon area?

. I'm not taking anything for granted not by a long way. Until I've got her away from bozo then I'm going to be worrying it's not going to happen. One things for sure though she could v.easily give me bad vibes and considering i've been moderately stalking her for the past 3 yrs. the fact she doesn't could be telling.
