Car bomb went off downtown today. Also, liquid oxygen leak at the plant. Two haven't been linked, but it's pretty ****ed. They say a leaky valve was to blame for the latter, but apparently there was an injury related to it.

Ashland is a weird place right now.

depends on where you are, really - you're okay in busy places, i wouldn't advise it in deserted areas

but then again, there's not that much mugging here, more snatch thieves, burglary and carjacking

A few minutes ago, I sat and watched my husband and his friend discuss how to turn a anti-tank rocket launcher into a bong. Then my husband tried to sell his friend the rocket launcher for a few bucks.

I don't even know anymore...

I had an interview at Walmart this morning. I got offered a part time job at $7.50/hr. Kind of a slap in the face, but a job is a job.
