Just back from a long weekend spent at my friends. It included some heavy drinking and pranks. First time I've been home since Thursday. Mostly. We named my friend Chad Hogan and called september weekend Spring Break. Geeks lol. I shall tell about the pranks once I have time/energy. Must've been sick about 5 times each day on average.

Just bought two tickets for Sonic Youth in December.

This means my day has started off unbelievably well, but unfortunately it can only get worse.

^ Sonic Youth tickets! Nice!

Just checked to see how much money I have to spend at my whim, and noticed that I have over $200 at my disposal for whatever I want. Ordering my tickets to go see Mike Gordon in November, and practicing some guitar. Unfortunately, just changed the strings last night, so they're not nearly as "broken in" as I'd like. They sound great, though - but I've already torn off one callus. Unfortunate.

Later on today, I have rehearsal for "Nightfall With Edgar Allan Poe" for my part...Sante in "The Pit and the Pendulum". Probably need to learn my lines before this evening as we're supposed to be completely "off book" Friday.

The rest of the day will probably be me purchasing blank CDs and going out to eat with some cast mates after rehearsal. Should be a pretty good day.

I saw Sonic Youth in 06 and was expecting to be completely blown away, but honestly the show was a bit dull. It took a lot for me to not let that experience affect my opinion on the band. I was with a friend who had never listened to them and I told him he was in for straight awesome. Yeah, that didn't happen. Thanks, Sonic Youth.

I'm probably hitting the bars tonight after what is looking to be a slow day at work. I'm thinking mircrobrews.
