I actually had a really awesome day. Pretty uneventful, but sometimes it's the little things that put a smile on your face at the end of the day.

Glastonbury tickets go on sale the first weekend of October, argh. I get so nervous about the ticket rush in case I don't maange to get one :(
Now with festivals being glamourised as ever it's gonne be even harder to get a ticket with more people trying for them :/ |
my genealogy class was REALLY frustrating! we were told to try and trace back as far as we could using this one site, and i couldnt do it because they wouldnt tell me anything unless i put in my fathers name, and i dont have a clue who the f*** he is! mehhh. other than that school was ok.

Today I worked for 12 hours at bellahouston park in Glasgow because the Pope was visiting. Had the misfortune of being placed in a sweltering hot fish and chip kiosk with a guy who was adamant that 9/11 was an inside job carried out by George W Bush and his cronies. Very, very glad that today is finished.

my day was crappy, and a bit of a disaster.
First off, we had some evil sub, who likes yelling at people for no good reason, and we had her four times that day. There's a very annoying kid in our class who has a whiny, prepubescent, nasal voice, and he likes to yell and correct me and hug everybody, and he decided to get into a thirty minute long argument with the teacher over weather or not she said something correctly in french. So, for thirty minutes, we had to deal with screaming and crying from an ignorant immature quasi-child and the piercing voice of a forty year old grump. the next class, I sneezed every five seconds for the entire duration of the period, and I came down with a very bad cold. I was dizzy and half asleep, and I forced myself to through the day without going home, which was a mistake.... When I finally got home, my parents weren't there, so I thought that id would be nice to crank up some calming music, but my parents locked me out of the house, so I was stuck in the rain, waiting on my deck, with a cold, half-dying. After about an hour, my parents finally came home and let me in, and I laid down, but I was stuck there sneezing every two seconds, and I kept getting phone calls from the annoying whiny kid for no reason. good times. sorry about the infinite BAWWW fest. |
