Nobody was hurt and somehow, even though my car was spinning completely out of control across the highway, it didn't hit any other cars. Pretty amazing really because the highway I was on was fairly busy.

Thank god you and everyones ok! I was in a crash & I was ****ting myself. It was NOWHERE NEAR as bad as that though :(

I'm not really hurt or anything, just pretty sore. Basically what happened was there was big strip of tractor trailer tire tread in the middle of the highway that I swerved to avoid, lost control of the car, flew into the next lane then skidded off the side of the highway, crashing into a bunch of trees. I'm just happy that I didn't hit any of the cars that were in the lane I skidded across. I think that would've been bad news for everyone involved.

Wow, sounds like your lucky day. I've been witness to a few freeway accidents like that, but luckily never been a part of one.
