Well worth the wait, I've missed it so much. I think it was a really professional performance, and Scholes and Berbatov ran the game. I think Newcastle showed their class, or lack of. I think they might stay up, but we put in a really professional performance without really playing our best. I'd say we were at 70%, Rooney lacks so much confidence it's untrue, he needs a goal and quick. I thought Hernandez would've scored, Newcastle's defence are unbelievably slow. Good performance and a great result.

I felt that if Berbatov had been a little more clinicial, Man United would have won it by 5 or 6. I think i agree with pretty much everything else you said though. Man U werent at their best and still walked it.

Berbatov should've scored 2, him and Rooney linked up and the move was brilliant. The easiest part of it was the actual finish, and he put it just wide. I think that's why Berbatov gets so much stick, if he hits the 20 goal mark this season it will silence the critics. I find it amazing how United fans moan about Berbatov's work rate etc. I know it's frustrating but it's almost as if they'd never seen him before he played for United. He's never been that type of player, he's a player with a certain style. I think this season is definitely make or break, mainly due to the lack of goals. 18-20 goals or he should be moved on, I hope he isn't a failure. Fulham next, f*cking hate playing them.

worked security for john mayer sunday night and had to do pat-downs for hundreds of people(maybe over 1000). i realized after a while that i had been doing them improperly when i saw a co-worker doing them. i was touching a bit more ass than the prescribed method and i was doing it to every person that walked through. i constantly had girls that were really awkward, drunken bastards that make lame small talk(i resolutely ignored said assholes), people smoking, people upset they can't bring in their junk(aerosol sunscreen, lawn chairs that sit over 9" vertically, opened waters, beer etc), and fat people. it's a gross and demoralizing job.
it is kind of interesting work though, it is certainly better than standing in one spot for an entire shift providing a secure presence and not doing anything. i know one thing, i'm sure as hell not working the upcoming ozzfest for fear of massive dudeage at the security gate...
