Yesterday I ate lunch in a small barn like building. They more or less just had the frame built and then covered it with OSB plywood. There was a rooster strutting around doing his thing. The tables, floor, cutlery, and plates were incredibly clean and I had some of the best pot roast in my entire life for 40 pesos, which is about 4 dollars.

I love Mexico.

if it's one thing i've learned in my days, it's that pot roast always tastes better in the company of a strutting rooster.
