Today's a pretty good fucking day. Except for the whole having to work part.

- Rode my bike to work, nice and easy and got here on time despite not getting much sleep
- Sunny and about 70 degrees
- Went for a nice walk around the lake during lunch
- Listening to good upbeat tunes
- Have a nice 2nd date last night with a pretty lady and we had fun
- So I'm in a good mood!

Now what the fuck I'm gonna do tonight, I don't know. Go drink with strangers, perhaps.

That does sound like a good day! Is this the same pretty lady you that you posted right before your first date with?

My day was annoying. Account director who thinks she's an art director. I'm sure you of all people on here feel my pain.

Yeah same pretty lady. :thumb: The first date went well last week despite my extreme nervousness. And there will be a third.

I do feel your pain about accnt directors/managers giving a few too many creative cents. Luckily they're not bad about it here, just once in a while they need to stfu.

Yeah, I don't mind feedback or suggestions but when it's stated as an order and it's a simple aesthetic (but time-consuming) preference of the account director that has nothing to do with the client's input, it pisses me off.

Totally, it ain't their place. Tell them how to organize their paperwork.

"No, no, no. I won't start this job until you put that folder over there."

Fuck yeah... I got 85% for a term paper I started at 10 pm the night before so I feel like I cheated death there. And 95% for a heuristic algorithms assignment meaning I beat most of the engineering scientists (yes that is a real degree) at their own game. I've been pretty lazy this year so I was anticipating disaster but things are panning out nicely.

Just 2 more exams to go before the inter-semester break when most students will get to relax but I (and other engineers in my year) will have to work on our year-long projects >.< Still, it'll be quite welcome.

just the opposite over here.

I get hungover no matter how much beer I have. 1 bud light, 14 new castle doesn't matter. Friends think I'm allergic. I went to a family function last night and I got ****faced on Gin and Tonic. Woke up this morning problem free.

It's ridiculously hot today... so naturally, it's time to BBQ and drink beer.
The meat....is marinading.
My liver too.
