Well, they didn't make me. But they've been trying to take me to get 'help' (or a variety of reasons that they are worried about) for ages, I just finally agreed to go with them. It was pretty awkward/ unpleasant.

I hope things start to look up soon. I can imagine seeing a therapist would be a little awkward but i think it really helps to talk to people. Sometimes it helps if that person is neutral too. It can make it easier.
