what is... D&D?

storymilo 04-27-2010 08:15 PM

I have yet to name mine. I actually made a girl to avoid a total sausage fest. I plan on whoring her out to various horny orcs for large sums of money.

If the DM allows that....

It can all depend on your DM, too, as to how much fun you can have... some are waaaaaay too serious... if you have a fun one though, anything goes...

Mine is my friend who definitely won't be too serious about it. I just hope he doesn't get too too lax.

Dungeons and Dragons....a role playing game. Synonymous with signing a contract for a lifetime nerd status.

storymilo 04-27-2010 08:29 PM

:D

This is my first time playing...

As soon as I read Dungeons and Dragons, I almost facepalmed.

I've never played D&D but if I did, I'd probably name my character Horatio Woodcock or something along those lines... nothing too serious!

I actually wrote down a list of character names because I got bored of thinking of them when starting RPGs. Nerdy, I know. :D

I'M STILL AWAKE.
It's two in the morning and I'm writing a paper.
But don't worry! I'll be asleep as soon as this caffeine wears off!

Nah, NZ is much easier to get into. I know HEAPS of families who have immigrated to New Zealand first then then gotten into Australia from there. Because pretty much everybody wants to go to Australia so there is much less demand in NZ and there are also skills shortages in many areas. This is what I've heard anyway. You should totally follow your dream! Come live with me! Oh and congrats on the boyfriend :)

To get back on topic... today my grade 3s had to come up with adjectives to describe bugs... memorable examples include the "fizzy caterpillar," the "slimy termite" and the "crispy spider."
