Last night I caught a nasty virus on my computer. I basically can't do shit when logged into my regular profile. I can surf the web and stuff if I log in as a guest. I can boot in safe mode and run anti-virus and anti-malware programs, but after rebooting and trying to log in as myself again, I still get the viruses coming up. System Restore was disabled by the virus, so I can't do that from safe mode either. I just learned today that once System Restore is turned off, all previously saved profiles are erased. Apparently there's a way to turn it back on, but that doesn't help much if it can't restore an older profile.

Ugh. As a result of this, I went to bed late last night and I'm in a very shitty mood today.
