haha, adidasss, damn you to hell. I just read that entire conversation when I should be writing my humanities term paper (that never ended up getting written while I was skiing this weekend, funny how that happens), damn you and your distracting conversations!
and yes, you should start an "ask a gay dude" thread, it would be highly useful. and on a somewhat random note, you guys brought up the fact that men relate to other men easier, because in the company of other men, they don't have to hold back certain behaviors and comments. However, most of my good friends are guys, and all of my VERY close friends are guys. I can assure you, they definitely don't hold anything back when they're hanging out with me. They're just as vulgar, horny, and offensive with me as they are with other guys, with them I really am just "one of the guys". What's more, I can be just as girly and feminine as the next girl, of course I have my tom-boyish side, but I am by no means a "manly" woman. yeah random musings on my part, but they kind of pertain to ther conversation, a little late maybe, but I was skiing with no internet access all weekend, so sue me.

I know some *** guys who just don't know how to interact with women at all... well, they would describe themselves as bisexual - in terms of physical attraction - but they've never been with a woman because they're scared to talk to them. Likewise, some girls are easy for most guys to chat to, some are difficult. It takes all sorts (that's a great phrase, don't you think?).

all i was trying to do was to level the playing field as far as hetero and homo sex is concerned because i noticed some people were speaking about homo sex in a slightly belittling manner....

Its your sexuality, you don't need to justify it. Maybe some people will speak about it in a belittling manner, probably if the majority of the world were *** then many would talk about heterosexual sex in a similar way. Now stop acting all nervous and apologetic, my warning level hasn't gone up so I don't care! |
