I'm in that post-flu recovery phase where you don't quite feel 100% but can kinda perform your usual day-to-day functions, so I managed to drag myself into uni for that and get a little bit of work done, where I was asked by some random foundation student what the role of women in English society is for some project he was doing (he was from Sri Lanka). Got back in the evening, watched a few westerns and then the kitchen in the flat below mine caught fire, which was kind of interesting. Obviously the fire brigade got it out sharpish, otherwise I wouldn't be typing this.
So, yeah, bit of a strange day then. |

I'm awake before 1pm, which is a bonus. I'm starving so I'm going to get my flatmate to come home to cook me some eggs and make me coffee mmmmm. So far excellent!

My mate offered me a spot in a band with some mates either as Drummer or as rhythm guitarist and lead singer , also went down to the store to get some paint to paint my house which i will get 1 grand for doing and will either get a drum set or Guitar and Amp. Very excited to get started. Also joined This Site.

Had another random allergic reaction today, although not nearly as severe as the last one. This time I was just sitting down watching a movie... So I've come to the conclusion that I'm allergic to not having an allergic reaction every couple months.
Me: "Hmm... it's been a couple months since my last allergic reaction!" Allergic Reaction: What a dick move, life.

twas sunny and the breeze was easy in the mountains of NC. Got up and walked outside. Autumn colors swab the foliage. Old people with fanny packs and visors walking like they got places to go. Sat by my neighborhood entrance, watched cars, and read. Went to Sociology of Religion. Got high and walked outside more walked back on campus in the gardens and read Bradbury on a bench by a stream. Walked back to my apartment and drank two beers, walked back to campus and sat outside of the dorms until I could bum a cig, which came after being denied access into the dorms twice, first because I was attempting to visit and they said the visitee required attendance, second a friend was going in so I went with him, they wanted to see some ID, even though I'm obviously a college student, not a crazy bum, in my pajamas, no I.D., no nothing on me. Sat out by the dorms and some friends came and smoked and walked back home and read Nietzsche excerpts, about to get lost in Bradbury or Kant I have to read for tomorrow.
