Wow, glad today is almost over. Took an online test last night that was due at midnight, finished around 11ish then stayed up all night working on a paper that was due today.. also had to take 2 midterms and a lab test that lasted until 7:45. Now I'm heading out to my friend's new apartment to eat, smoke, and watch Kill Bill with some peeps. Tomorrow’s agenda: sleep.

Well, I spent my day thinking how awesome can a Halloween event be. I read that Ben Harper is going to sing at Halloweenabaloo '09! You get to see Ben Harper and Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers sing. One exciting event huh?!

Woke up at like 9...Had a **** night last night after waking up at 2 in dire agony from my right ear drum exploding. Went to the doctor's at 11 and my appointment was late so I was surrounded by people coughing everywhere and giving each other filthy looks =[
Finally got probed and prodded enough to be prescribed some antibiotics, and while waiting for the people in the pharmacists to get off their arses and find my medicine, I went for a coffee with my ma and two dogs. Which was a mistake cuz before I could even start drinking my tea, a dude with a huge Staffordshire walks by and my dogs go MENTAL and knock my tea all over my lap. So my legs are soaked in boiling tea and I look like I've peed myself. And the guy with the massive dog thinks it's a good idea to stand near us and have a conversation bout WHY the dogs are trying to tear each others throats out. Finally we get home and I can change, go on Facebook, maybe have some proper food, and my dad comes home and decides to yell at me for being on the computer. All in all, not a great day =[ Especially as I'm ill right as half term starts. |

My landlord woke me up about 30 minutes ago (that's 7:30am on a Saturday morning) because they are finally going to replace my living room window that cracked LAST DECEMBER! (It's double-paned, so hasn't been a concern...just ghetto with tape covering the crack) I'm happy it's finally getting fixed, but shit, thanks for the warning! And thanks for letting me sleep in! Having gone to bed after 1am, I've effectively gotten less sleep than I do during the work week.
I was planning to wake up at about 9 and do house cleaning, so I suppose it's better they do it before they clean than if I'd found out after spending hours cleaning. I'm sure there will be dust. |
Went to bed at 4:00, got up at 12:00. My mom sent me a box of cookies and wool socks. How nice and mom like. I'm going to go grocery shopping then probably spend the day researching for an essay and listening to music. I might go pick up some bass strings but I'm not sure if I want to make the trek yet.

It was my baby cousin Chloe's 1st birthday today, and her party. She's such a sweet baby :).
Anyhoo, Saturday night and I stayed in, BOO! I guess my excuse is that I'm saving myself for halloween, cos I know I'll get wrecked and post lots of **** on here, or fall asleep straight away. I hope it's the second one :laughing: my sisters a nail technician (SP?) and I played lab rat while she done my nails, first time I ever got those fake things on, and I dont enjoy it, it's taken me forever to post this, and I keep making mistakes. I miss my short nails :( PLUS, I can't text with my phone at all, which sucks. I guess It'll save me money :(. |
Out of curiosity, what time is it in Scotland? It's 5:45 pm here so not quite saturday night for me.
