ya, ive noticed adidasss, its called "self control" which seems to be a hard concept for some people to grasp. Maybe if i lashed out more i wouldnt smoke as much while here at work.

in any case, i only argue with and occasionaly insult ( very specific ) people on this forum, i would never talk to people like that in real life or through msn....i'm really a nice guy ( probobly the nicest guy i know ), and internet bitch fights are a form of amusement for me, i don't think urban is a bad guy or for that matter anybody else on this forum....
