Linda was always on the pill. Twice during our 20s she chose to go off it for a spell for health reasons and we used the rhythm method. Both times we got pregnant after about 6 months. (23 and 29 years old)

We weren't ready, couldn't afford it, and it ****ed things up for a bit each time.

Ya make it work. As much as some of you jaded bastards don't want to admit it it, it's a cool part of the process for the most part and I'm glad things went the way they did (my sons health issues aside)

But seriously, Ki, do not have kids.

I never said I 'wanted' a child, but once it happened I embraced the fatherhood role with responsibility, strength, and pride (and a dash of humility). I've learned a lot about myself and what I'm capable of over the past 21 years, and I have to say it feels tremendous.

I meant the overall general attitude towards having kids/not having kids. IN OTHER WORDS when you were young...think back, I know it's tough...was there all of this hooplah about teens getting pregnant or abortion or this and that?

Gosh, I haven't had my Geritol yet... mmmph this hurts... ummm, yes. Same ****, different diaper. The young adults of today, as much as they'd like to think they're new and improved, are no different than when I was that age. Pretty much the same thinking process as far as making babies, with the only exception being that natural resources are less and human population is greater which can weigh in on their decisions on the matter.

C'mon soldier, need some PT to get you moving today or what? You know what they say, there's always more PT to go.

You haven't a clue what you are talking about in my case. Carry on.

Did you do that thing like in the Schwarzenegger movie where you actually carried the fetus in some kind of male womb?
