im no where near mature enough to handle being a parent. I do dumb things on the regular that wouldn't be suited for child in tow. maybe one day but ya I doubt a chick with a kid would want to date me let alone the other way around.

I usually have my doubts when people say that when they're so young. When people say that at 35 then I believe it.

But I don't know you.

So you were like 20-21 then? That would've felt completely devastating to me at that age. Do you actually live with your kid? Are you married to the baby mama? Did you want her to get an abortion?

Somewhere in that range. Yes, I have sole custody of him. No, I'm not married to her. No, I didn't find out until after he had already popped out. I was overseas at the time.

I don't like being around children, so yes.
(I'm 28.)

That seems to be a common attitude and I think a lot of it comes from the general lack of upbringings of other people's children. I could be mistaken, of course, but it seems like to me part of the appeal factor dropping for having kids or not having kids is their overall behavior. Kids can be well behaved, but it depends on how you raise them. I mean sure, they're messy, and loud, but those are some of the best memories you're ever going to have. It's a pleasure and honor to see your kid grow up and know that you had some part in hopefully making them a good person and functioning adult.
