Default Working Out

OK im going to seventh grade in September and im not the strongest kid in my school. How many times do I need to lift dumbells to become really strong and beat the living crap out of this fat ass that always bullies me? By the way i have a 5 pound and 8 pound dumbell. Should i work on my triceps or biceps? And am i overweight Im 5feet 2inches and i weigh 120 pounds? What is the best method to get really strong really fast?
