I found a website about dumbell exercises and strength training. Thanks for all your help people. I even bought 10 pound dumbells. Here is the website which shows the 8 essential excercises for dumbells. http://www.oprah.com/health/bob/prog...in_video.jhtml

im on the weightlifting team if you work out regularly dont worry that ashole wont bother you anymore it worked for me cause all the punk haters in my school would steal my stuff and push me and ****
