too much YouTube IMO
 

For what it's worth I dislike opening a thread to find the new post is a YouTube clip. As a general rule, I come on here to read. I'll find the music on my own, thank you. If you do link to YouTube a description of exactly what it is would be nice. I'm not interested in surprises. Thanks.

You obviously didn't catch my sarcasm. I'm not going to hold back on Youtube videos just because you don't like it. If you can't handle what people do at this forum, then this forum isn't for you. This is actually the first time i've ever seen someone complain about it and frankly it's not going to do anything. People post videos usually as a way to add commentary to a topic that they don't have the words to do so.

It is actually cool when there's also a short description and not just a lonesome YT vid.

I don't see much point in it though. If the video covers what I want to cover through words, just watch the video, its not that hard.

After a 90% disappointment rate on blind YouTube clicks nobody will ever see the vids. It's like bumping a thread just to add an emoji, an in invisible emoji even.
