Maybe the second guy was bigger than you, maybe you were sober, maybe you were just older and not a dumbass, or any number of other reasons that could explain why you would react differently in two situations that were really only superficially alike.

I explained by theory based off of the idea that each decision makes a split and spins off into a separate alternate universe, where things are, or can be, very slightly different and outcomes vary. If you don't accept that then just agree to disagree, but you're not disproving my theory with yours, because they're both just hypothetical, and one does not have any more likelihood of being correct than the other. If you just want to pick holes in my argument for the hell of it, go ahead. But don't think you're any more likely to be right than I could be.

See above.

Just a healthy discussion. I'm not taking any offense.

Not the point. I made the thread to discuss the theory or the Grandfather Paradox, not mathematical equations and the like. Some people have been very good at discussing the possibility of such theory, even if the possibilities are completely out of proportion. Honestly, you guys going back and forth on the argument you're stuck on is making me not want to post in this thread, and it's my own damn thread.

You haven't proved anything. You're just saying that 'I don't understand this so I guess that makes it impossible to define rationally'. If you replaced the events you describe with the cheese making process and how you don't understand it, maybe you would see why me and Batlord think that you yourself are the irrational one.
