No we dont get paid, yes we can ban users, you become a mod by being asked to become one by one of the admins (gregb, and i think Thrice has the capabilities as well)

i dont think they are all the same users, but i do think that some of them are, just seems odd that that many users would end up using the same comp, but then again, if they are all posting from a highschool or library it is possible that they are all differant, i just find that hard to believe.
