yea... that's why i said at the end that you can make that statistical observation without being necessarily racist

you cross over into racism i think if you believe that the statistic is based on some inherently deficient quality of that race

rather than just a cultural trend or whatever

i dunno man i guess the line is pretty vague tbh. maybe the actual term racism is just loaded with emotional/ideological baggage that makes it hard to objectively define

i would say though that while i understand the desire not to be racist.. and i think it's a good quality to have in the 21st century... part of me thinks that racism is just sort of built into human psychology through tribal instinct

and that really progressives like yourself who "aren't racist" are simply more skilled at/more determined in the suppression of racist instincts, rather than the idea that you are actually not at all racist

not that i can prove that or that i say it as a fact but that's my best guess atm
