i never said anything about species... you are just being silly
if i talk about "feeding the poor" or "taxing the rich", am i stripping those people of their humanity too? get off your pedastool, son.
plus, i made it pretty explicitly clear that i was referring to the
perpetually homeless, i.e. those who seem to just stay homeless, for one reason or another (drugs, mental problems, etc). not people who temporarily find themselves in bad times.
