No you can't, and that's the biggest problem I have with him. He has too many things going for him that no human will ever get as well rounded and elite in all those areas. It doesn't matter how much time they are given. If I knew more about Dare Devil I'd make a comparison, but I'm not sure how far over the top they take his character abilities (I probably don't like him either).

No, as previously pointed out, Batman wins via Deus Ex Machina.. He's garbage. He's a regular person, he's not enhanced. The things he does are nonsense considering what he actually is. He's about as interesting as the last 5 minutes of every episode of CSI where they suddenly find the murderer and all the evidence.
Rather the story is fiction or not, it's written in terms of real world physics, and the shit he pulls off is contradictory to the world he lives in. Batman is just that hero that everyone thinks they can be because he's a "regular guy". Fuck him, he's lame.
*sigh*
At the end of The Dark Knight Returns, Batman defeats Superman by first hitting him with missiles, then having Green Arrow shoot him with a Kryptonite arrow, before finally beating Superman man-to-man wearing an exosuit that he designed specifically for this purpose. That's not to mention the tricksy, Batmany way he beats Supes after his first victory. Batman does not win by deus ex machina, he wins because he always plans ten steps ahead of his enemy.
He even defeats the Justice League by proxy, when Ra's al Ghul steals his contingency plans for dealing with each JL member, just in case one, more, or all of them go rogue.
Yeah, good job on getting some sun, Superloser.

*yawn* He's beyond human even though he's human. You're not gonna change my mind, I don't like him. Like him all you want, I'm still gonna make fun of you.

Utterly improbable isn't the same as utterly impossible. Daredevil veers a lot further into the supernatural realm because he got hit with some kind of chemical radiation that made him superpowered - like Spiderman's "radioactive" spiderbite.

I don't know, I think it really is possible someday that there's someone with like a 250 IQ, extreme athleticism, and access to a ****ton of money. Obviously nothing like this has ever existed in the history of our race but that doesn't mean it couldn't happen although it's certainly ridiculously unlikely. It's not like ****ing Superman is even remotely likely though lol, I mean come on.
When I enjoy Batman most is when I feel he's winning through his brilliance and/or mastery of combat, whereas when Superman or Spiderman win it's just like...they won because of their superpowers. Maybe that's what some people enjoy more which is a-ok with me, and I certainly love just about every superhero there is so I'm not discounting that. None of them capture the same magic that Batman captures for me though.

Did you even listen to the thing? He explains in detail how to defeat superhumans without using superpowers (even encouraging people to punch a woman in the throat to keep her from casting a spell). He's the best superhero because his commitment to his cause is so absolute he allows nothing to get in the way of it. Even Spider-Man, with all of his "With great power comes great responsibility" schtick, still spends time on his personal life when he could be researching every possible way to neutralize the Green Goblin or the Scorpion. Who knows if Gwen Stacy might still be alive if Peter Parker had had the same obsessive commitment to fighting crime that Batman does.

Daredevil didn't get exposed to chemical radiation did he? He's just blind with super heightened senses. I don't think he has any powers. *billy club* **** Daredevil, he's a prick. Never liked him. But he definitely does not have superpowers, other than I think really great hearing to an almost bat/radar level...
Also: ahem...

I'd already voted, and Batman would take the lead anyway if for no other reason than his place in my childhood.
