$10 bucks and I'll share the best circumcision story ever.

well, i was circumcised as a baby and i don't remember **** so i can't really say it traumatized me
i also split my head open when i was 2 and got stiches and i don't remember that either. if my parents didn't tell me it happened then i wouldn't even know. so what is there to complain about? i wouldn't want them to make my dick shorter if that's what you're saying, just for vanity's sake. but removing the foreskin doesn't do that so i don't care. i hear the **** about desensitizing and all that but tbh i'm content with my orgasms the way they are, and maybe its a regional/cultural thing but a lot of women here seem to prefer it that way so i balance that with the whole desensitizing **** and i'm not that bothered. that said... if wasnt circumcised then i wouldn't have it done as an adult either. cause it sounds extremely painful. but since i don't remember the pain, yea, i don't care. but tbh i don't know why straight men spend so much time debating over circumcised vs uncircumcised, seems kind of gay to me. i would just stick with whatever cards i was dealt either way. |

yea, my bad, i get the child abuse angle, i won't dismiss that
just seems like creating a fake problem to whine about the fact that it happened to you in the past when you don't remember it, to me. i mean at the very least i would think you'd agree that there is nothing to be gained by dwelling on something you can't change. so even if there's a legit moral dispute as to whether the practice is ok, i'm better off not worrying about the fact that it happened to me rather than sitting around feeling sorry for myself. and since i don't remember it i find it very easy not to care. if you say as a parent that you don't want to do it to your kid cause you empathize with the pain regardless of whether or not they remember it then i can totally understand that |
