Well, there are a LOT of people in China and India who are packed pretty close together, so I imagine if you were gonna help global warming by reducing population, then those would be the places to do it, especially since you'd have to use a smaller amount of nukes to achieve the same drop in population.

yea, and taking china and india out would most likely collapse the world economy, meaning even more worldwide would die or be cast into poverty
