Well it is odd, as not even the people who are writing journals (yourself, Briks --- no I will not call him isjohn or whatever! --- and Orph excepted) could be bothered to vote. That's what, three weeks now and none of the others have sent in any votes. So in fairness, if they're not going to take a few minutes to vote then why should I go through all that, for basically nothing?

But fear not: your efforts are rewarded (kind of) through the update thread, and that will certainly be continuing. Also, you never know whose journal might be next for Classic Journals hint hint ...

I guess i'm just of the opinion that I always love these types of things. It adds a little flare to an otherwise boring concept (not that journals are boring, but adding something to the whole grand scheme of things is always nice). Oh well.

Isbjørn and Oriphiel. How could you get those names so wrong?
Briks new name is is Is + bjørn. "Is" as in ice and "bjørn" as in bear. How can you claim yourself an Annafan (fan of Agnetha Fältskog) and not ever heard of of the name Björn/Bjørn? I know Oriphiel from plug. I thought a nickname was inevitable and came up "Oreo" but most people call Oriphiel "Ori." I think either are much better name than Orph. "Orph" sounds like a sound a dolphin would make.

I don't think you understand how not funny you can be.

I think Neo's hilarious.

And sorry for the hypocrisy, I'll put my votes in ASAP.

One day, i'm probably just gonna shorten my name to Ori or something.

Dude, there are so many journals, and so many posts each week, and I just don't have it in me to read them all, so it's kind of pointless for me to vote on them. Even you say you tend to skim a lot of the journals for your weekly updates.

Nobody is voting because they're being PMed straight to you.
If they were posted in here for people to see it would create discussion and more interest.

If that's true, I'm disappointed. I always look forward to an in depth weekly update from TH because I know he likes to read the journals and give feedback. Skimming them sort of defeats the purpose of that.
