To my memory he served 3mos in jail, then given probation with the requirement that he MUST complete a specific type of group therapy/treatment. He opted for private therapy after he failed to reach the standards of his group therapy. He also had work release, so that he could be (essentially) chauffeured to his job by a trusted person (e.g.; me, his then-fiancee) and then taken back to his cell within an hour of his shift ending.

TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST with you, he was ruined because the pornography he was in possession of had been in relation to a teenage victim. Still creepy, though.
