the person in question spent several months in jail but was allowed to leave for work. as long as he was obeying the confines of his probation he was alright. I don't know where he is now but the way his mother talked to me when she decided it was necessary to send me a random message a few months ago, he's still locked up.

he was a creepy bastard, though.
