Unhappy assault, Rules of.
Today, at school, there was a fight, it was provoked but the 'provoking' happened 24 hours before. Also during the fight a group of people joined in, so it was about 5-1.

I know that 5 - 1 would be seen as assault but who is guilty? all of them? the 4 that joined in?

Is the main person, who wanted a fair fight guilty of assault?

(also my freind is being punished for filming it, is this reasonable?)
